Why is this role important?
As a Product Manager, you’ll work at the heart of building meaningful products for millions of users. This role is perfect for someone who already has a solid foundation in product thinking and is ready to take on more ownership across the product lifecycle. You’ll be deeply involved in shaping user journeys, solving real-world problems, and driving impact with your squad. From idea to launch and beyond, you’ll make sure everything we ship actually makes life better for our customers.
As a Sadanaut you will:
Drive Product Thinking:
- Translate problems and ideas into tangible product features.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data to ship experiences that delight users.
Own the Roadmap:
- Shape and prioritize your squad’s roadmap with clear goals and outcomes.
- Manage product backlog and define detailed requirements (PRDs, specs, user stories).
Champion the User:
- Deep-dive into user feedback and behavior to uncover pain points.
- Use data and empathy to guide product decisions and craft intuitive experiences.
Execute with Agility:
- Run experiments and MVPs to test hypotheses quickly.
- Launch features that add value, measure performance, and iterate often.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Align with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Ops, Risk, and Compliance.
- Bring clarity to complex discussions and create momentum with structured thinking.
Communicate with Purpose:
- Keep everyone informed and excited, from kickoff to launch
- Create product documentation, release notes, and internal updates to share progress.
What it takes to become a Sadanaut:
- 2–4 years of experience in product management or a related role in tech or fintech.
- Hands-on experience building digital products in agile teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (bonus if you know SQL or Excel modeling).
- Clear, concise communication (written and spoken).
- A bias for action and a love for solving real customer problems.
- Experience working with designers and engineers in fast-moving environments.
