As a People and Culture Associate, you’ll be at the heart of creating an experience where every Sadanaut feels valued, connected, and motivated. We’re looking for someone who strongly believes that work environments need to offer fun and is enthusiastic about bringing that element to the workplace. You should also be excited and eager, with the ability to manage our social media presence by generating great ideas that resonate with our community.
From arranging and executing engagement activities and maintaining our online presence to collecting and analyzing feedback through surveys, you’ll provide the insights and support needed to continuously improve and elevate Sadanaut’s experience!
