As a People and Culture Associate, you’ll be at the heart of creating an experience where every Sadanaut feels valued, connected, and motivated. Your role will be to ensure that SadaPay’s unique culture thrives at every level—whether it’s how we support our teams internally or how we’re recognized as a leading employer externally. We’re looking for someone who strongly believes that work environments need to offer fun and is enthusiastic about bringing that element to the workplace. You should also be excited and eager, with the ability to manage our social media presence by generating great ideas that resonate with our community.

From arranging and executing engagement activities and maintaining our online presence to collecting and analyzing feedback through surveys, you’ll provide the insights and support needed to continuously improve and elevate Sadanaut’s experience!

As a Sadanaut You Will be involved in:

Engagement:

  • Plan and execute regular engagement activities, including alternate Friday game sessions, SadaTalks, and virtual events for special days (e.g. Health Day, Women’s Day).
  • Organize monthly in-person office meetups in collaboration with different teams.
  • Brainstorm and implement new initiatives to keep employees engaged.
  • Collaborate with freelance designers to create visuals for engagement activities.
  • Develop a monthly activities calendar and budget
  • Handle monthly Company Newsletter

Employer Branding:

  • Manage SadaPay’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence, posting content on LinkedIn and on Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the team to create office-reel content for Instagram and TikTok, especially during monthly meetups.
  • Generate ideas for new Instagram stories and campaigns.
  • Analyze metrics to monitor the performance of content and present insights quarterly.
  • Maintain and update SadaPay Glassdoor profile by responding to reviews and encouraging colleagues to contribute.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  3. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  4. A love for creativity, fun and networking!
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and extroverted attitude.
