As a Sadanaut, You Will:
- Lead Legal Strategy: Act as a key advisor, working with cross-functional stakeholders globally to address complex legal and regulatory challenges swiftly and strategically.
- Innovative Compliance Solutions: Provide strategic legal advice on structuring and launching new financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Regulatory Engagement: Proactively collaborate with regulators across multiple jurisdictions, fostering relationships that drive compliance and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex legal advice into actionable insights for senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Oversee and deliver on multi-jurisdictional legal initiatives that impact the company’s strategic direction.
- Enhance Processes: Develop and implement scalable legal processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business growth, striving for a market-leading in-house team.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to unexpected internal or external events requiring immediate legal action.
What it takes to become a Sadanaut:
- Background:
- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent qualification)
- Legal Counsel: At least 4 years of strong experience at a top law firm, with in-house experience as a plus.
- Senior Legal Counsel: At least 6 years of experience in top-tier law firms or high-growth environments.
- Must be based in Islamabad. While SadaPay operates as a remote-first company, occasional visits to the office or courts will be required.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Proven ability to make confident decisions amidst ambiguity.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience working in financial services, NBFCs, or PSX is highly desirable.
- Background in managing complex transactions is a plus.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, resilience under pressure, and adaptability.

- Possesses common sense, excellent judgment, and a great sense of humor.
- Balances leadership with hands-on contribution when necessary.
