Why is this role important?  

Finance is the core of every organization, no matter which industry. Finance executive, therefore, have to take ownership of their work and the immense responsibilities that come with it. They’ll be critical in ensuring the company maintains its high standard of accurate and transparent bookkeeping, monitoring accounts, and supporting management in the preparation of cash flows.

We’re looking for someone with a knack for building strong relationships, who can communicate seamlessly and effectively with our various departments, and can demonstrate strong attention to detail as they assist in the day-to-day maintenance of books of accounts, reconciliation, and reporting.

As a Sadanaut You Will:

‍

• Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual General Ledger (GL) transactions with bank statements.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements with accuracy.
• Liaise with bank personnel for smooth daily operations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and internal processes.
• Address and resolve financial disputes from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with monthly sales tax obligations.
• Manage weekly withholding tax deposits to government authorities.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Document and track accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
• Support budget preparation and analysis efforts.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or CMA are advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Urdu.
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience with financial software is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management abilities.
• Strong ethical standards and the capacity to handle confidential information with care.
