Why is this role important?‍

As we continue to grow, the need to make informed, data-driven decisions becomes increasingly critical. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s analytical, curious, and driven to solve complex business challenges. In this role, you’ll work closely with Papara’s team and collaborate across functions at SadaPay to uncover insights, explore new markets, and support high-impact decisions. As a Sadanaut, you will:

• Explore new opportunities: Dive deep into market trends, customer needs, and potential business verticals to help SadaPay grow in an innovative and strategic way.
• Build strong business cases: From market sizing to competitor benchmarking and financial modeling, you’ll support key decisions with thorough, well-reasoned analysis.
• Dive deep into data: Analyze user, product, and market data to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and inform cross-functional teams.
• Test & validate: Design experiments and run tests to check product-market fit and inform feature development.
• Partner across teams: Collaborate with teams like Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing & Growth to execute strategic initiatives.
• Present with impact: Turn complex data into clear, compelling insights through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Keep us ahead: Stay on top of global fintech innovations and local competition to help us stay one step ahead.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and strategy at a top-tier consulting firm, VC company, or a high-growth startup.
• Strong analytical Skills: Excel/Google Sheets pro, with experience using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Great researcher: Skilled at combining qualitative and quantitative insights from multiple sources.
• Strategic thinker: Able to see the big picture, connect dots, and zoom in on scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills: You know how to build a solid deck and deliver insights clearly and confidently.
• A go-getter attitude: You take initiative, move fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
