We’ve finally gotten our license!

Two years ago, we set out to build SadaPay with one mission: to make money so “sada” (simple) that any other way becomes unthinkable. Well, today we’re excited to share some big news: the State Bank of Pakistan has officially granted us a full commercial license to operate as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI), and we couldn’t be more thrilled! 🎉

After a long pilot phase, where we focused on strengthening our systems, meeting compliance and security standards, and testing with our early users, this license gives us the green light to roll out to the public. Our aim? To become Pakistan’s most loved financial institution.
