Why is this role important?

The Talent Manager plays a key role in attracting and retaining top talent that aligns with SadaPay’s values and culture. By partnering closely with hiring managers, this role ensures we meet our staffing needs with candidates who have the right skill set and fit seamlessly into our vibrant work environment. Additionally, this individual streamlines the recruitment process, implements top-tier practices, and shares valuable insights to continually enhance our hiring approach.

As a Sadanaut you will:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain outstanding candidates who align with our DNA and culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs through workforce planning and craft clear, engaging job descriptions that reflect our unique culture.
  • Partner with outsourced teams and external vendors to support hiring for outsourced roles, ensuring alignment with SadaPay’s talent standards, culture, and hiring timelines.
  • Utilize various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry contacts, to identify candidates who resonate with our mission and DNA.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring the ideal match for our organization.
  • Manage the internal hiring process to support Sadanauts in exploring new roles and advancing their careers, keeping our top talent engaged and growing within SadaPay.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by cultivating relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Train the talent team and colleagues on best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and effective methods for identifying top talent.
  • Conduct periodic audits of talent acquisition processes, practices and initiatives to identify gaps, ensure consistency, and drive continuous improvement.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn for headhunting and talent acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and team-building abilities.
  • Experience with HR tools is a plus.
