As a Sadanaut you will:

• Legal Strategy: Working with cross-functional stakeholders globally to address complex legal and regulatory challenges swiftly and strategically.
• Innovative Compliance Solutions: Assist with strategic legal advice on structuring and launching new financial products, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Regulatory Engagement: Collaborate with regulators across multiple jurisdictions, fostering relationships that drive compliance and innovation.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring contractual clarity, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate complex legal advice into actionable insights for senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Project Management: Assist with the delivery of multi-jurisdictional legal initiatives that impact the company’s strategic direction.

What it takes to become a Sadanaut:
Background and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 2-3 years of strong experience at a top-tier law firm, with in-house experience as a plus.

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven ability to make confident decisions amidst ambiguity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience working in financial services, NBFCs, or PSX is highly desirable.
• Background in managing complex transactions is a plus.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, resilience under pressure, and adaptability.

• Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Possesses common sense, excellent judgment, and a great sense of humor.

• USD-Denominated Salary: Your salary is fixed in PKR and denominated in USD to help protect against currency fluctuations. The USD-denominated amount is converted and paid in PKR and remains subject to all applicable taxes and deductions. If the USD depreciates against the PKR, you will always receive at least your fixed PKR salary.
