4.1 Our Program will run on an ongoing basis until it is terminated by us in accordance with these terms and conditions.

4.2 We may suspend, terminate or change these terms and conditions without notice.

4.3 In order to be an “existing customer” of SadaPay, you will be required to have an active SadaPay Personal Wallet.

4.4 Rewards may change from time to time at SadaPay’s discretion. You will be entitled to the Reward which is applicable at the time a total of USD 100 is settled in the Invitee’s account.

4.5 In the event two or more SadaPay users share the Link with the same Invitee, the SadaPay user entitled to the Reward will be determined by whose Link was used to sign up for the SadaPay Product.

4.6 If we suspect that you or your Invitee was involved in fraud or misused this Program in any manner, we will not grant you the Reward and may initiate legal action against you.

4.7 You will only be granted the Reward if all requirements under these terms and conditions are met within the Program period.

4.8 We can’t promise we’ll say yes to everyone who applies for a SadaPay Product after using the Link. Like all financial service providers, we have a responsibility to keep SadaPay and all our customers safe, so there are lots of factors we look at when an Invitee applies.

4.9 We may reverse any Reward you receive if (i) the payment that has earned you the Reward is refunded or reversed (ii) we become aware that you earned the Reward fraudulently; or (iii) if you breach these terms and conditions in order to get the Reward.

4.10 Any reversal of the Reward will be considered to have been done with your consent and the payment to have been authorized by you.

4.11 By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4.12 If you close your SadaPay Personal Wallet or it becomes suspended or restricted before we were due to credit your account with any Reward or between the time of qualifying for the Reward and receiving the Reward that you were entitled to under this Program, you will lose your entitlement to that Reward.

4.13 You may not enter with multiple or fake emails addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities or use any system, bot or other device or artifice to participate in the Program or receive a Reward. SadaPay reserves the right to disqualify you and/or cancel any Reward(s) it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Program or violating these terms and conditions.

4.14 These terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall exclusively be submitted to and dealt with by the competent court in Islamabad.4.15 If you have any complaints please reach out to our consumer experience team through hello@sadapay.pk
