Head of Marketing
SadaPay is in search of a qualified candidate for the Head of Marketing position – a founding team member of the marketing department. We are in search of an individual who dig deep into the role and create a team to lead. The candidate should excel in brand articulation and interaction with extensive knowledge about customer growth and acquisition methods.
- Create and manage a marketing plan to stimulate brand recognition and growth of revenue.
- Be in alignment with acquisition targets and regularly achieve user growth.
- Create and operate an elite promotional group to design brand strategies for product marketing and introductions, as well as for growth forecasting and engagement.
- Promotional budget management to stimulate higher efficiency.
- Help with customer segmentation refinement via analysis and research.
- Assess, enhance, and refine campaigns to make sure programs present a great return for the company.
About the Applicant
- Preference given to applicants with a bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing.
- Preference given to applicants with startup experience.
- At least five years of digital marketing experience, ideally in mobile.
- History of forming and running a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in developing work priorities for numerous projects, being accountable, nurturing respect and confidence, and changing preferences to handle alterations.
- History of working with syndicated data for the sake of learning about and assessing the market.
