Why is this role important?
SadaPay’s in-house Creative aims to create impeccable online & offline content pieces that help keep our content engine running. This role will help us tell a story to our consumers, and help with internal tasks pertaining to Sadanauts.
If you’re a Graphic Artist looking to join a team of Creatives that will allow you to learn & grow at this exciting convergence of artistry and technical skill, please don’t stop scrolling. This full-time role in the Creative Team will be required to think, ideate and generate high-quality graphic assets using skills such as photo manipulation, composition, lighting, shadows and typography. Your work will be put out on our ever-growing digital platforms, and will be seen on a global scale, helping influence people and communities to up their visual design game.
As a Sadanaut you will:
- Create compelling social media & website assets by combining unique, creative instincts with marketing/industry best practices.
- Innovate with new editing techniques and approaches to stay ahead of the ever-changing social media landscape.
- Collaborate with the employer branding team to continue our stellar internal graphic assets.
- Edit, manage, archive, and organize creative assets based.
- Create interesting compositions which showcase the brand's attention to detail.
- Support external production agencies by sharing references, conducting research, and offering suggestions with regard to video projects.
- Ensure brand & design consistency on the static, 2D & 3D front across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Create compelling icons & illustrations that will feature right inside the app, while working closely with the UI/UX team.
- Lay the groundwork (asset collection & composition) for 2D & 3D animations, wherever necessary.
What it takes to become a Sadanaut:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in visual design or a related discipline.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Canva, and CapCut.
- Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for detail, design, and audience-specific engagement.
- Proven meticulous organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of composition principles, including layout, lighting, and color correction.
